A marker plate is placed directly on a pipeline and is designed for spatial reference of the smart pig inspection results.
A marker plate’s legend:
1. name / trademark;
2. nominal outer diameter of a pipeline (mm);
3. marker plate structural variations:
- no symbol, if 10 meters cable is required,
- “0”, if there is no cable.

Marker plate installation chart
A marker plate structurally consists of:
- a marker sheet;
- an electrical terminal;
- a contact clip;
- surfaces of a marker sheet, an electrical terminal and a contact clip are covered with PROTEGOL UR-Coating 32-60 protective coat;
- for «0» structural variation, a marker plate should consist only of a marker sheet.
